Key Team Members

Chris has over 21 years working for and on behalf of non-profit organizations. Prior to founding NNE Marketing, his last role was as Vice President, Marketing and Analytics for Thompson Habib & Denison, a direct response fundraising and membership agency. Chris was a vital contributor to new business and bringing innovative ideas to existing clients and generally played a key role in their success. Chris also worked for 12 years at the United States Golf Association, most recently as Director of Membership and US Open Ticket Sales. While at the USGA, Chris helped grow the membership program to one million members and to over $20 million in revenue.

 

Chris has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.

Craig has over 18 years of fundraising and membership experience, both on the agency and

non-profit side. Prior to forming NNE Marketing, Craig worked as Vice President, Client Services at Thompson Habib & Denison. Craig led a team that worked with some of the nation's most reputable non-profit organizations. Before joining THD, Craig was in the Fundraising and Membership Services Group at Epsilon where he managed multi-dimensional fundraising and membership programs, implementing new tools and strategies. Craig also worked for Mail Communications, Inc., working with local and regional non-profit direct marketing programs, including many hospitals. He began his fundraising career working as the Director of Operations and Community Relations at Community Boating, Inc. in Boston, MA, where he was responsible for all of the membership and development efforts, including individual appeals, events and corporate sponsorships.

 

Craig is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association and is a frequent speaker in

the industry. He was chair of the 2009 DMA's New York Non-Profit Conference and is the committee liaison for the DMA Non-Profit Federation. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science

in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI.

Karen Gleason – VP, Client Services

Karen has 18+ years of non-profit and agency experience. A dynamic thought leader in the disciplines of CRM and direct response marketing, Karen has led teams at both the American Cancer Society (ACS) and the Arthritis Foundation during her career. While at ACS, Karen and her team generated over $100M annually supporting cancer patients and their families. She was critical in the Society's CRM work exposing the connections and migration of key constituencies across the Society's offerings - most notably that cancer survivors and legislative advocates had a high likelihood to support the organization financially. She created the Society's first email fundraising program generating over $1M at its launch and was instrumental in shifting the Society's thinking regarding integrated marketing.  

 

Karen has also spent time on the agency side. In addition to her tenure at Cancer and the Arthritis Foundation, Karen has worked alongside many impressive organizations such as the American Red Cross, National Parkinson Foundation, The University of Chicago, International Blessing, and the Prostate Cancer Foundation. 

 

Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University. She has contributed as a frequent industry speaker and is currently serving on the Direct Marketing Association's Advisory Council Nonprofit board. Karen served as a Nonprofit Alliance Board member from 2005 to 2010, contributing her talents to lobbying efforts on postal reform, specifically the impact of rising postal costs on the nonprofit sector. 

Fred Feldman – VP, Creative Services

Fred is a 20+-year veteran in the non-profit fundraising arena, currently working on The ALS Association account as creative director. He has previously worked at Epsilon and Thompson Habib & Denison, where he was the creative director for many major nonprofit organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Habitat for Humanity, American Diabetes Association, Arthritis Foundation, Volunteers of America and Autism Society. He has also written many successful faith-based packages for organizations including Mary Knoll Lay Missionaries, St. Francis Mission and Catholic Relief Charities. Fred has also provided website creative development and executed email campaigns for the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, the Alzheimer's Association and the American Diabetes Association, among others.

 

Fred has been recognized many times over for his work, winning numerous awards from the New England Direct Marketing Association and the Direct Marketing Association.

 

Jessica Hartley – Account Manager

Jessica has spent the past 10 years working with non-profit organizations to improve their development and fundraising capabilities. Jessica is the account lead for NNE Marketing on the Children's National Medical Center team. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Thompson Habib & Denison, where she managed the direct mail and online fundraising programs for the March of Dimes Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB). Her expertise includes campaign strategy and development, results analysis and reporting, and campaign execution and annual budget development. Prior to her experience at THD, Jessica managed the grant writing and communications departments for MAB Community Services (formerly the Massachusetts Association for the Blind) and the ALS Therapy Development Institute.

 

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.

Evelyn Montrond – Account Manager

Evelyn is currently working as the day-to-day lead with clients such as The ALS Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Prior to joining NNE Marketing, Evelyn worked at Thompson Habib & Denison, where she had the privilege of partnering with clients such as the United States Olympic Committee, American Lung Association, Habitat for Humanity, Autism Society and the Alzheimer's Association. Before working at THD, Evelyn worked for Kessler Group, a financial services agency, in their direct marketing production department.

 

Evelyn graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a concentration in advertising, from Boston University, Boston, MA.

Nicole Dresher – Lead Designer

Nicole (Niki) is currently NNE's lead designer working with organizations across the country. Prior to joining NNE, she was most recently a creative resource for Thompson Habib & Denison. Her direct mail credits include designs for The ALS Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children's National Medical Center, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Diabetes Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (US and Canada), Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, United States Olympic Committee, United States Golf Association and American Red Cross of Greater New York.

 

Nicole graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Becker College. She is proficient in most computer design programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, as well as, Mac OSX and Windows XP/7 operating systems.
