Key Team Members
Chris Law - Principal and Co-founder
Chris has over 21 years working for and on behalf of non-profit organizations. Prior to founding NNE Marketing, his last role was as Vice President, Marketing and Analytics for Thompson Habib & Denison, a direct response fundraising and membership agency. Chris was a vital contributor to new business and bringing innovative ideas to existing clients and generally played a key role in their success. Chris also worked for 12 years at the United States Golf Association, most recently as Director of Membership and US Open Ticket Sales. While at the USGA, Chris helped grow the membership program to one million members and to over $20 million in revenue.
Chris has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.
Craig Zeltsar - Principal and Co-founder
Craig has over 18 years of fundraising and membership experience, both on the agency and non-profit side. Prior to forming NNE Marketing, Craig worked as Vice President, Client Services at Thompson Habib & Denison. Craig led a team that worked with some of the nation's most reputable non-profit organizations. Before joining THD, Craig was in the Fundraising and Membership Services Group at Epsilon where he managed multi-dimensional fundraising and membership programs, implementing new tools and strategies. Craig also worked for Mail Communications, Inc., working with local and regional non-profit direct marketing programs, including many hospitals. He began his fundraising career working as the Director of Operations and Community Relations at Community Boating, Inc. in Boston, MA, where he was responsible for all of the membership and development efforts, including individual appeals, events and corporate sponsorships.
Craig is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association and is a frequent speaker in the industry. He was chair of the 2009 DMA's New York Non-Profit Conference and is the committee liaison for the DMA Non-Profit Federation. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI.
Megan Gibeau - VP, Client Services
Megan has over 20 years experience raising funds and awareness for a variety of blue chip non-profit organizations, including March of Dimes, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Shriner's Hospitals for Children, American Diabetes Association and Habitat for Humanity. She has held senior strategic and service positions at Epsilon, Newport Creative Communications, PEP Direct and Paradysz. Megan has focused her career on analyzing and translating data into innovative fundraising initiatives. Her keen data insight coupled with her experience in developing compelling creative and messaging has helped organizations maximize their multi-channel fundraising efforts. Megan served on several conference planning committees, and was the Co-chair for the DMANF 2009 Washington conference. She has been a frequent industry speaker and blogger, and continues to be an active member of the Direct Marketing Fundraising Association and DMA Non Profit Fundraising groups. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College.
Fred Feldman - VP, Creative Services
Fred is a 20+-year veteran in the non-profit fundraising arena, currently working on The ALS Association account as creative director. He has previously worked at Epsilon and Thompson Habib & Denison, where he was the creative director for many major nonprofit organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Habitat for Humanity, American Diabetes Association, Arthritis Foundation, Volunteers of America and Autism Society. He has also written many successful faith-based packages for organizations including Mary Knoll Lay Missionaries, St. Francis Mission and Catholic Relief Charities. Fred has also provided website creative development and executed email campaigns for the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, the Alzheimer's Association and the American Diabetes Association, among others.
Fred has been recognized many times over for his work, winning numerous awards from the New England Direct Marketing Association and the Direct Marketing Association.
Evelyn Montrond - Account Manager
Evelyn is currently working as the day-to-day lead with clients such as The ALS Association and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Prior to joining NNE Marketing, Evelyn worked at Thompson Habib & Denison, where she had the privilege of partnering with clients such as the United States Olympic Committee, American Lung Association, Habitat for Humanity, Autism Society and the Alzheimer's Association. Before working at THD, Evelyn worked for Kessler Group, a financial services agency, in their direct marketing production department.
Evelyn graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a concentration in advertising, from Boston University, Boston, MA.
Heather Foye - Account Manager
Heather comes to the NNE Marketing team with 15+ years of marketing experience with the last 5 focused specifically on non-profit fundraising. Prior to joining NNE, Heather worked as an Account Manager at Thompson Habib Denison, where she managed the direct mail and online fundraising programs for The American Diabetes Association, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, United States Golf Association, Women for Women International, and Malaria No More. Prior to joining THD, Heather worked as the Manager of Client Services for Advanced Marketing Solutions, a lead management firm for high performance, high value clients such as HP, Motorola, General Dynamics and Porsche Cars North America.
Heather graduated from Assumption College with a dual major in English and Marketing.
Danielle Trafton - Account Manager
Danielle's background is in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on supporting human rights, social justice and poverty-alleviation efforts. Prior to joining NNE, Danielle spent 10 years at Oxfam America, where she managed direct mail, telemarketing, mid-level and monthly giving efforts. She raised millions of dollars for Oxfam, improving donor retention by working to understand the best ways to communicate with donors and increase loyalty.
Danielle holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of New Jersey.
Natalie Bourque - Account Manager
Natalie joins the NNE Marketing team with 7+ years of experience in direct response fundraising. Prior to joining NNE, Natalie worked as an Account Manager at PEP-Direct, where she managed the direct mail programs of clients such as Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals International, National Jewish Health and Care for Our Wounded Soldiers. In her time with PEP-Direct she was also able to partner with clients such as Paralyzed Veterans of America and March of Dimes.
Alexa Robideau - Account Supervisor
Alexa's strength interpreting data has benefited many clients, including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Autism Society of America, and Make-A-Wish Foundation during her time at Thompson, Habib, Denison. Alexa graduated from Bryant University with dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration/ Marketing, and Literary and Cultural Studies. Her multi-faceted academic background enables her to collaborate with digital, creative, analytic and production teams to incorporate multi-channel best practices into all program strategies, budgets and schedules on behalf of her clients. Alexa is additionally proficient in programs such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Windows Movie Maker, Indesign, SalesForce and other various CRM platforms.
Nicole Dresher - Senior Art Director
Nicole (Niki) has been designing direct mail appeals for non-profit organizations for the last 7+ years. Prior to joining NNE, she was most recently a creative resource for Thompson Habib & Denison. Her direct mail credits include designs for The ALS Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children's National Medical Center, American Lung Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Diabetes Association, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (US and Canada), Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, United States Olympic Committee, and American Red Cross of Greater New York.
Nicole graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Becker College. She is proficient in most computer design programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, as well as, Mac OSX and Windows operating systems.
Carmen Howard - Senior Art Director
Carmen brings 20+ years of experience designing successful direct mail, print and digital fundraising appeals. At Epsilon, Carmen designed long standing controls for the American Cancer Society and The Zoological Society of San Diego. Additional client work included Covenant House, Dana Farber Cancer Center and the American Diabetes Association. During her career at L.W. Robbins, she designed award winning campaigns for St. Labre Indian School, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, National Cathedral, Fox Chase Cancer Center, MAP International, the Food Bank for New York City, and many others. Carmen’s design work has also benefited CARE, Paralyzed Veterans of America, AHAF, Easter Seals and the Environmental Defense Fund. Carmen stays current with new technology and is a member of NEDMA and the DMAF.
